Description
Nethertown Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse constructed of squared coursed limestone with a Collyweston slate roof. The building has an L-shaped plan, consisting of three units with a wing at the rear. It is two storeys high and features a three-window range of 19th-century casement windows, all set beneath wooden lintels. To the left of the centre, there is a 19th-century four-panel door, also under a wooden lintel. The farmhouse has ashlar gable parapets and kneelers, along with ashlar stacks at the ridge and end. The rear wing is similar in style. The interior has not been inspected.
