Description
This pair of attached cow houses and granaries, located approximately 10 meters north of Manor Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century and was extended in 1824, as indicated by the datestone. The buildings are constructed from squared coursed limestone and feature roofs made of Collyweston slate and corrugated asbestos. Each structure was originally designed as a cow house with a granary above, forming an L-shaped range. Together, they present a four-window range of casement openings on the first floor, with plank and stable doors at ground level, all under wooden lintels. The datestone is located in the south gable. The interiors have not been inspected. These buildings are included for their group value.
