Description

This is a group of three chest tombs located approximately 2 meters south of the south chapel of the Church of St. Mary Magdalene. The tomb closest to the chapel is dated 1756, while the other two date from the 19th century. They are made of limestone ashlar and feature bolection moulded pilasters at the corners. The 18th-century chest tomb is decorated with cherubs at the ends and includes inscriptions for the Cannam and Burgess families.
