Description
The Boat House at Oundle Boat Club, located on Station Road, is an early 19th-century structure. It is two storeys high and built from coursed rubble, topped with a Welsh slate roof that features stone verges. The front gable end faces the road and includes three windows with stone segmental arches and keystones. The windows are mostly casements with glazing bars, except for the smaller central window, which has wooden louvres. The central section of the building is slightly set back and has a segmental-arched entry beneath this window. The end sections have wooden doors in segmental-arched doorways, also with keystones; the southern end additionally features one window with a wooden shutter. The east and west elevations are similar in design. The Boat House and the warehouse together form a group.
