Description

Furleigh House is a house from the mid-18th century that was restored in the 20th century. It is built of squared coursed limestone and has a concrete tile roof. The original design was a three-unit plan. The house has two storeys and an attic, featuring a four-window range of 19th-century style casements with wooden lintels. There is a 20th-century door located to the right of the centre, also under a wooden lintel. The building has brick stacks at the ridge and at the ends, with the ridge line set at two different levels. There is a small 20th-century extension at the rear. Although the interior was not inspected, it is noted to have an open fireplace.
