Description

The stables and attached outbuildings, located approximately 20 metres east of Elms Farmhouse, date from the early 19th century. They are constructed of squared coursed limestone and feature slate roofs. The buildings consist of two rectangular ranges that meet at an angle and rise to two storeys. The elevation facing the road is blank, while the rear elevation includes central double doors flanked by a plank door and a stable door on the left. There is also a flight of external stone steps. The interior has not been inspected. These structures are included for their group value.
