Description

This chest tomb, located 5 meters southeast of the porch at the Parish Church of St. Mary Magdalene, dates from 1707 and is made of ironstone. It features a moulded plinth, with the long sides having a moulded frame that encloses three fielded panels. The end panels consist of a single panel each. An inscription on the west end panel is partly legible and reads: "(Here) lyeth (interre)d ye d bones of (le)wis Felle, Late of Wadd, Gent, who departed this life (....) 1707 (....)".
