Description
Decoy Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1786, constructed of brick with an old tile roof. It has two storeys plus dormers and features three bays. The central entrance consists of an eight-panel door, which is probably early 18th century and reused. There is an open porch, and the windows are sash style, with the right-hand bay having paired windows. The house has three two-light gabled dormers and dentil eaves. At the rear, there is a catslide roof on the west side over an addition. To the east, there is a one-and-a-half storey range with three bays, one dormer, and a hayloft door. The front elevation displays dated brickwork between the right-hand windows.
