Description

Brook Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with 20th-century extensions. It is constructed of chequer brick and features a first-floor band course, an old tile roof, and a brick chimney on the right side. The building has a T-plan layout and is two storeys high with two bays. The windows are three-light barred wooden casements, with those on the ground floor having chequered segmental heads. The central entrance is a 20th-century barred and glazed door, topped with a flat hood supported by cut wooden brackets. To the left, there is a 20th-century extension that matches the original in style, along with additional extensions at the rear.
