Description
Dock Farmhouse is a house that dates from the late 16th to 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th century. It features a timber frame with brick infill, some of which is from the 17th century, and part of the ground floor has been rebuilt in brick. The roof is covered with old tiles and has a central chimney with paired shafts made of thin brick. The house has two storeys and an attic, consisting of two bays. The first floor of the left bay has a barred wooden horizontal sliding sash window, while the other windows are 20th-century barred wooden casements. There is a central 20th-century door. To the right, there is a single-storey brick extension from the 19th century, which has two doors and two wooden casement windows.
