Description
Latchmoor Flats and Latchmoor is a 19th-century building located in Gerrards Cross. It features a cement-rendered exterior that is colour-washed and has a slate roof. The structure is two storeys high and consists of two sections.
On the left side is Latchmoor Flats, which is divided into flats and has two bay windows. The first floor has a 1:3:1 arrangement of sash windows. The ground floor features one sash window in the left bay, while the right bay has a six-panel door with a glazed fanlight above it, along with a circular window situated between the bays.
Physically attached to the right is Latchmoor, which has a hipped roof with overhanging eaves. The first floor includes one sash window and one French window that opens onto a balcony above a projecting porch located at the angle between the two sections. The ground floor has a porch and two sash windows. All windows are fitted with lattice shutters.
