CHURCH LANE 1. 963 (East Side) WEST WYCOMBE Workshop (furniture factory) adjoining No 37 High Street on North and occupied by E M F Brown. SU 8394 9/109 9.1.54. II*

2. Late C18 or early C19. Red brick ground floor, painted weatherboarded first and second floors, old tiled roof. Ground floor has 4 casements, 2 light with wooden mullions and cambered relieving arches, 1 window partly boarded. Upper floors have 2 single light, 2 double light and 2 4 light wooden mullioned casements. Plain doors to ground and first floors, latter approached by external wooden staircase. Graded partly for historical interest as one of the few surviving furniture workshops of this period and district.
