Description
This is an early 18th century red brick wall that runs along the north side of High Street, serving as the south boundary wall for the New Rectory and public toilets. The wall is approximately 50 metres long and was originally part of the boundary wall for the old rectory. It features a flint rubble plinth, with shallow buttresses at the west end and raking buttresses along the rest of the structure. The top of the wall has a coping made of bricks laid on edge. Some sections have been rebuilt to provide access to the public toilets, which includes two arches.
