Description

The barn at Townend Farmhouse is an 18th-century structure built with a timber frame and covered in weatherboarding, topped with a corrugated iron roof. Inside, it features four bays, with slightly curved braces connecting the posts to the tie beams, curved queen posts, and a single purlin roof supported by curved windbraces.
