Description

This is a barn located 30 meters north of Chorley Farmhouse, dating from the 17th to early 18th century. It features a timber frame with weatherboarding and a plinth made of flint and brick, topped with an old tile roof. The barn consists of five bays. The south side has a central gabled projection that includes a sliding door and a window above it. There are cart doors on the opposite side. The structure displays rough timbers, with some trusses supported by heavy curved queen posts, while others have raking posts.
