Description

This is a former L-shaped house, now divided into two dwellings, dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. The house is constructed of coursed rubble stone with timber lintels, an old tile roof, and chimney stacks that have stone bases and brick above, with the left gable stack featuring two square shafts set diagonally. The north front has two bays, with the right-hand bay gabled and projecting. It contains a three-light barred wooden casement window. The right-hand return wall has a paired wooden casement window to the ground floor, a four-light moulded wooden mullion window above, and a 20th-century extension to the southwest corner. The left-hand bay has a three-light wooden casement window to the ground floor, a paired metal casement window above, and a door to the left. There are 20th-century single-storey extensions to the left, with tiled and slate roofs.
