Description

No. 8 Mursley Road is a small house dating from the 17th to early 18th century, with some alterations. It has a timber frame that has been partly rebuilt, featuring brick infill. The roof is covered with old tiles, and there is an 18th-century brick chimney on the left side, along with a small external 20th-century chimney on the right. The house is two storeys high with an attic and consists of two bays.

The left bay has a three-light leaded casement window on the ground floor and a paired barred wooden casement window on the first floor. The right bay features a 20th-century lean-to at the front, which includes a two-light casement window and a door to the left. At the rear, there are three-light leaded casements on the ground floor, two and three-light barred wooden casements on the first floor, and a three-light casement in a gabled attic dormer on the right. Additionally, there is a 20th-century shed attached to the right gable.
