Description
No. 3 Chaloner Hill is a small house dating from the 17th century, which has been altered over time. It is timber framed with whitewashed brick infill, plastered panels, and a planked frame on the left-hand bays. The roof is thatched, and there is a rendered stack situated between the left-hand bays. The house is 1½ storeys tall and consists of three bays. It features leaded casements, with 20th-century two-light windows in the outer bays and a three-light window in the center that has a cambered head. There is also a central three-light window in the thatch with an old frame. A 20th-century door with a cambered head is located between the right-hand bays. Additionally, there is a 20th-century extension at the rear.
