GV II

House. Early-mid C18, altered C19, extended and altered C20. Coursed limestone rubble, rendered to front with plain-tile roof and brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Central C20 door approached by 4 stone steps with overlight, panelled reveals and rendered surround with Roman Doric pilasters supporting entablature and pediment. 16-pane sash windows to ground floor left and right with moulded, rendered eaved surrounds with feet. 12-pane sashes to 1st floor with rendered surrounds with feet and console brackets to eaves. Rendered plinth, thin pilaster strips either end and central hipped dormer window. INTERIOR: stop-chamfered spine beams and open fireplace with timber lintel. Collar truss roof with 2 tiers of purlins.
