Description

The Thatched Cottage is a house from the 17th century, constructed with a timber frame and partially whitewashed brick infill in the west gable end, while the rest of the building features whitewashed roughcast. It has a thatched roof that is half-hipped on the left side, with a brick stack on the right and a rendered stack on the left. The cottage has two storeys and an attic, comprising two bays. The north front displays small, irregular 19th-century casements, with a 20th-century door in the left-hand bay and a blocked door to the right. The south front features 20th-century casements.
