Description

Rose Cottage is a small house dating from the late 15th century, with alterations made in the mid-18th century. It features whitewashed brick and a thatched roof, with a brick stack on the left gable. The building has one and a half storeys and consists of two bays. The ground floor has three-light leaded windows with segmental heads, while the first-floor windows are set into the thatch. There is a ledged door from the 20th century located at the center. Inside, there is a cruck truss in the right gable wall.
