Description
Jasmine Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage that has been altered in the 20th century. It features a rendered exterior with a plain-tile roof and a brick end stack on the left side. The cottage has a two-unit plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. A 20th-century glazed door is located on the far right, topped with a rendered segmental arch that has a key block. The ground and first floors each have three-light casement windows with similar arch heads. The rendered surface is painted and includes incised masonry patterns, and the eaves are stepped and rendered. The cottage has been extended in depth by a full-height brick range at the rear. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
