Description

35 Well Street is a cottage dating from the 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The exterior is rendered and features incised masonry patterns, a plain-tile roof, and a rendered end stack on the right, which it shares with No. 34. The cottage has a one-unit plan and is two stories high, with a single window range. There is a 20th-century door on the left with a thin rendered head, and a two-light casement window on both the ground and first floors, with the ground floor window also having a thin rendered head. This building is included for its group value.
