Description

Cle des Champs is a cottage dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. It features a minimal timber frame with whitewashed brick infill and a thatched roof that has a hip on the south side, along with brick chimneys, giving it a picturesque appearance. The two central bays, likely from the 18th century, consist of one storey and an attic. The ground floor has a paired leaded casement window on the left, a 2-light window on the right, and a single leaded casement in a boarded gabled dormer. To the right, there is a small extension with a single leaded casement. On the left, there is a single-storey extension that includes paired metal casements and a central 20th-century door. The east side of the cottage features leaded casements and an attic dormer with a tiled apron.
