Description

Farthings is a house dating from the 17th century, with significant rebuilding in the 19th century. It features a timber frame with brick infill and a thatched roof. The house has rectangular brick chimneys located to the right and center, with a stack that has three square brick shafts set diagonally between the left bays. It is 1½ storeys high and consists of four bays. The ground floor has irregular paired and single 20th-century leaked easements, while the first floor has paired casements under thatch, some of which retain old leading. There is a 20th-century door to the left of the second bay.
