Description
This is a small cottage dating from the 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame, featuring long, curved braces and brick infill. The roof is covered in asbestos slate, and there’s an external brick chimney on the east gable. The cottage has one storey and an attic, comprising a single bay. The north side has a three-light leaded casement window on the right and a ledged board door on the left. A two-light leaded casement window is located in the gable above a 20th-century single-storey extension. The side facing Orchard Lane has two single leaded lights.
