Description
The South and Central Blocks of the Old Maltings, now known as Amersham Prints Limited, were built in 1829 and were formerly part of Wellers Brewery. The structure is primarily made of flint with white rubble flint dressing and some brick. There is a brick wing located on the south-east side, identified as No 103 High Street. The buildings feature slate roofs, including a large square kiln in the south block topped with a pyramid slate roof and two conical louvres. The central block is a wide building that extends to the northern boundary, with a hipped roof at the north end. This section has three windows set in deep reveals, with the outer two being casements and the center being blank. A projecting chimney stack is located on the left side.
