Description

Nos 70 and 72, High Street, are a 17th-century building that has been restored. The building is constructed of red brick, with the upper portion featuring exposed timber framing. It has an old tile roof with three gables, and a brick stack rises from the ridge between the central and right-hand gable, positioned above the door to No 72. There is a modern door to No 72, with a 18th-century bracketed hood above it. The ground floor has four modern casement windows, and the first floor has three. A plastered gabled wing extends to the rear of No 72.
