Description

Hyatt's Yard, numbers 1 to 3, dates from around 1550 and has been altered over time. The building features an exposed timber framework on the east side, while the north and south sides are covered with stucco, weatherboarding, and tile hanging. It has tiled roofs and consists of two and three storeys. Numbers 1 to 3 form a group with numbers 22 and 24 Red Lion Street.
