Description

Hambledon Lodge is a house dating from the mid-to-late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed stone with ashlared voussoir blocks above the windows. The roof is steeply tiled, with old stacks on the right-hand gable and centre left, and a modern stack on the left gable. The house is two storeys high with an attic, featuring gable casements. It has four bays of paired wooden casements, with a door set within a stone gabled porch in the second bay from the left. A single-storey, one-bay extension is located on the right, mirroring the casement style.
