Description

The Manor Farmhouse is a house dating from around 1800. It is constructed of rubblestone and features a low-pitched slate roof, which has a brick stack at the west end wall and a central ridge stack. A plaque inscribed "DBC Stowe 1859" is located on the ridge stack. The house is two storeys high and has four bays. Stone voussoirs are present above modern three-light casement windows, with a two-light window positioned above the door. The door itself has a reeded surround and is topped with a hood supported by brackets. At the rear, there is a parallel brick range.
