Description

Pinfold Cottage is an 18th-century building, altered over time. It is constructed of whitewashed rubble stone with a slate roof, featuring a moulded wooden cornice at the eaves and brick end stacks. The cottage is two storeys high with two bays. The ground floor has sash windows set within angled bays, each with an upper cornice moulding. The first floor has two-light wooden casements with cross bars. A central panelled door, which is half-glazed, is sheltered by a flat wooden hood with a moulded cornice supported by brackets. A rubble stone wing extends to the rear. 19th-century railings run along the street frontage.
