Description

This is a roadbridge located over Dalesbank Beck to the southeast of the church in Crosby Ravensworth. It is likely from the 18th century, though it may be older. The bridge is constructed of coursed rubble and features a single segmental arch that spans approximately 15 feet. The roadway is about 12 feet wide, and the parapets are around 2½ feet high, with splayed ends and flat, rough-dressed copings.
