Description
Strand House is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble and has a graduated stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and features three first-floor windows. The corners of the house are marked by quoins. The entrance consists of a four-panel door set in a plain surround, topped with a pitched-stone hood. On the ground floor, there are two three-light flat-faced mullion windows, located to the left and in the center. The first floor includes a two-light window in a recessed chamfered surround on the far left, along with two inserted sash windows on the right. The interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
