Description

Sunniside is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of roughcast rubble with ashlar dressings, covered by a stone slate roof. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. The corners are defined by quoins displaying herringbone tooling. A central door, consisting of four panels above an overlight in an ashlar surround, provides access to the building. Sash windows are set within ashlar surrounds with straight tooling. An ashlar coping is present on the left-hand end, and end stacks are also visible. The building is listed for its group value.
