Description
High Hallbeck is a house, likely built in the mid to late 18th century. It features stone rubble construction, with some areas roughcast, and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has two bays, arranged around a central entrance. There is a drip course above the ground floor, and the windows are sashed with vertical glazing bars. The gabled porch has a segmental arch and a six-panel door. A gable-end stack is present, and the left side of the house has an attic window. At the rear, there is a gabled wing. Some windows include small-paned fixed glazing with opening lights, and the entrance is located on the south side. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is reported to have a staircase with turned balusters.
