Description
The Green is a house, originally possibly a house and cottage, likely built in the 18th century, with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of wet-dashed rubble and has a graduated slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays overall, with a lean-to on the south side. The original house features a central part-glazed door, a casement window to the left, and two casement windows (one narrow) to the right. The lean-to on the left has two 20th-century casements, while the former cottage has two casements. On the first floor, there is one casement and two Yorkshire sashes. All openings have stone surrounds, and there are rendered chimneys in the middle and at both ends.
