Description
Woodburn House and railings, dated 1834, is a two-storey building with three bays, constructed of rubble with a stone slate roof and wrought-iron railings. The central entrance features a 20th-century part-glazed door set in an ashlar surround, complete with a pulvinated frieze and cornice. The house has sash windows that include ashlar sills and sill-like lintels, along with an ashlar band at the first floor. The roof is hipped with end stacks, and there is a rainwater head on the rear elevation marked with "S & AW 1834". In front of the house, there are railings atop a dwarf wall, along with a gate that has fleurs-de-lis finials.
