Description

These are two farm cottages, dating to around 1850. They are constructed of brick and have a roof of concrete pantiles. The west-facing facade is two storeys high and arranged in five bays. A door is located in the second bay from the left, sheltered by a four-centred arch. Above the door is a two-light window. All other windows are three-light units, notable for their pointed lights, hollow-moulded mullions, and diamond lattice glazing. Each window is set within a square surround beneath a hood mould on labels. A modillion eaves cornice runs along the building below the gabled roof. A central ridge stack, featuring twin flues decorated with diaper and rosette moulded bricks, rises from the roof. A 20th-century ridge stack is located to the right.
