Description

This is an 18th-century house located on the west side of Station Street in Lewes. The house is stuccoed and features a prominent band. It has a slate roof with a pyramidal hip and a tall chimney at the rear. A flat-headed dormer window is situated centrally on the roof. The house extends over two floors, plus an attic and basement, with a two-window front. The upper floor has glazing bar sash windows. The ground floor windows are margin-light sashes. An entrance is located on the right-hand return front, featuring a panelled door, with double half-glazed doors closer to the rear of the building.
