Description

Park Cottage is a 17th and 18th century cottage, remodelled in the 20th century. It is timber-frame construction, with the frame encased in brick on a brick and flint plinth. The roof is of old plain tiles. The cottage is two storeys high and has two bays. A planked door is located to the left of centre, with a small window above. An 18th century leaded casement window is positioned above the door. Other windows are 20th century, 2-light, and the ground floor windows are set within original openings. The eaves are offset and boxed, and the roof extends to the rear. Gable end stacks are present. Outbuildings that formerly stood at either end have been demolished.
