Description
This is a road bridge located 25 meters north of Avington Lodge, built in the early 19th century. It features a single arch made of brick with splayed abutments. The bridge has heavy timber parapets on each side, consisting of top and bottom rails supported by posts that are topped with finials. The panels between the posts are filled with criss-crossed timbers, and the top rail rises up between the posts on either side of the center span.
