Description

Pleistor House is an 18th-century house located in Liss. It is constructed of painted brickwork in a Flemish bond pattern, featuring rubbed flat arches and a prominent high plinth. The roof is tiled, with decorative brick dentil eaves. The north front is symmetrical, arranged with two storeys and five windows, with a central bay that is blank. The windows are sash windows set within exposed frames. A doorway, dating to the early 19th century, has a reeded canopy supported by coupled brackets, a panelled frieze, a reeded architrave, and a six-panelled door accessed by three steps with cast-iron side rails. The house is situated in the middle of a short, irregular terrace.
