Description
Yew Tree Cottage is a 17th-century cottage constructed with a timber frame, featuring colourwashed brick infill and brick refacing, topped with an old plain tile roof. The building consists of two bays, with a smoke bay at the inner end of the right bay and a small 18th-century bay added to the left end. It is a side 1½ storey structure with three bays, and the complete timber frame is exposed. There is a 19th-century two-light casement window in the 17th-century bays, accompanied by flat-roofed two-light dormers above and to the right. Additionally, there is a single stair-light in the left bay.
