Description

This is a row of three houses, now shops, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings, quoins, and diapering. It has slate roofs and rear stacks. The building is three storeys high and has four windows. The windows are glazing bar sash windows set in red brick surrounds with segmentally arched heads. Quoins are visible in the centre of each window, and diaper diamonds decorate the brickwork between the flanking windows on both upper floors. The ground floor has a single shop front to the left, with a half-glazed door to the right. Two double shop fronts are in the centre, each with an inset glazed door. A shop front to the right features rusticated piers, Doric columns in antis, and a glazed door with a transom light above.
