Description
Burnt Platt is a house with a 17th century core that was extended in the 18th century. It features a timber-frame core with brick chequerwork, using blue headers, and has an old plain tile roof. The house is two storeys tall and has three bays. To the left of the centre, there is an early 19th century four-panel door that is top-lit and set in a moulded flat hood with latticed sides. Each floor has three 18th century three-light leaded segmental casements with louvred shutters, with two of these windows located to the left of the door. The house has gable end stacks and ridge stacks positioned to the right of the centre.
