Description

No 12 is a house located on St Martin's Lane, dating from the 18th century but clad in the 19th century. It features a stucco exterior on a stuccoed plinth, topped with a slate roof and an end stack on the right side. The building has two storeys and a regular three-window front, with a narrower additional bay on the right. The windows are glazing bar sashes, although there are blocked windows in the second and fourth bays from the left. The entrance is arched and includes a blind arch, a moulded architrave surround, and a panelled door.
