Description

No 1 St Martin's Lane is a house built in the early 19th century. It features grey brick headers with red brick quoins and dressings. The building has a flat wooden eaves soffit supported by paired brackets, and a slate roof with a brick stack on the right side. It stands three storeys tall and has a two-window front with slightly irregular glazing bar sashes set in segment-headed dressed surrounds. To the left of the centre, there is an arched entrance with a panelled door and an overlight, along with a small window to the left of the door. This property is included for its group value.
