Description

No 2 St Martin's Lane is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. The building features red brick on the ground floor and stucco on the first floor, topped by a plain tiled roof with a stack to the left and another stack on the rear wing. It has a single gabled dormer on the left side. The house is two storeys tall, with an attic and a basement. The front has two windows, which are wide glazing bar sashes with open boxes on the first floor. The central entrance is framed by a moulded architrave surround and includes a panelled door with a deep flat hood above. Segment-headed basement windows are visible above the pavement.
