Description

House, now a restaurant. It dates from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of painted brick with a flat wooden eaves soffit incorporating paired modillions, topped by a slate roof and end stacks. It is two storeys high, with a regular two-window arrangement on the first floor. The ground floor features an early 19th-century double shop-front, with arcaded glazing and a central boarded door. An entrance on the left-hand side of the front façade leads to the rear of the building.
